About Me

Sex. Intimacy. Pleasure. — These topics feel intimidating and vulnerable to talk about. You've googled how to have better sex. You feel discouraged you can't meet your partner's needs. Maybe you can't even think about sex without feeling uncomfortable, much less talk about it.

You want to feel confident in yourself, reconnect with your partner, and heal from the past. You think you are ready to open up, get curious about yourself, and tell your story. Now what? Let's see if we are a good fit!

I am sex positive clinician who aims to normalize discussions of sexual health. I am passionate about working with survivors of sexual trauma & post-separation intimate partner violence and the queer community.

Want to learn more about me as a person?

Growing up in the Panhandle of Florida (aka the Bible Belt; aka 'Lower Alabama') and coming out as queer woman was incredibly challenging. Having been raised in a conservative Christian household and since deconstructing my religious upbringing, I understand firsthand how sex, sexuality, and gender can become a shameful part of the self.

I've done a lot of unlearning and relearning, so not only can I show up better for myself, but my identity and experience inform how I work with my clients. My goal in working with my clients is to aid in the process of reducing sexual shame and moving toward a more healthy, empowered sexual self.
